Introduction
The subject I've taken is reciprocity in asymmetrical warfare. No state is obliged by international law to remain passive when another state takes actions inimical to its legally protected interest. Countermeasures are a vitalised part of international law, the IOC draft says. You don't have to fulfill a treaty which is being violated by the other side. If you behave decently, you can assume the other side will. If you don't, you've got to assume that the other side is not going to. It's also true the laws of war. Traditionally, one of the factors i think that motivates in our first to comply the laws of War is the issue of reciprocity
