Is Titoism an Actual Real Tendency on the Left?
Tetoism was born of and kind of defined by pragmatism in the face of reality. The communist party of yuguslavia down played being an explicitly ideological vanguard. And there are also similarities between kind of tito's dream of a multi national federation developing from one that had been dominated and subjugated, and lenin's disapproval of russian chauvinism.
