I've been working on learning to incorporate decaf coffee after doing another podcast interview about the chlorogenic acid in coffee and just how it's such a wonderful thing for our body. You can also try green coffee. Green coffee has an higher amount of chlorogenic acid and so it binds caffeine more. It has just a little subtle effect in terms of caffeine release. Apparently it has more IP nutrients. So you can experiment with that. And then you mentioned the lemon on the broccoli.
