How Do You Handle Quality Control?
We invested in a quality control company called actored recently, and i think that revealed to us and kind of increased our appreciation around this whole function. There's like two qoer parts, tho, qualty controlbu first, there's the product itself before we make it available. So because you have both sides, its the product quality itself, and then there's the decoration product quality itself. Every single purchase order is going through a deep quality check. We've never been intil that. We've always like, we want to have control of the process. We want to see the products.
