The Disadvantages of Socialism

I'm struck by how much of what goes under the banner of social justice is now in that self esteem to self actualization. The idea that everyone should feel a sense of belonging at work and that they can bring their whole selves to work for example. And I've been feelings about this it's certainly I hope all of my colleagues have that if I ran a company as a CEO I would want my employees to have that. But shouldn't our efforts to improve the world be mostly directed towards those people who are already very privileged?
