An artificial general intelligence is capable of creating any kind of knowledge that a human being would be capable of creating in their mind. A narrow AI, on the other hand, is just a program that has some knowledge created by humans embedded into it. An AGI could do all of those things and then some -- but not to say that it would want to do any of them.
