Do You Know How Important It Is for Executives?
Executives are sort of in like a fog of war of their own company at all times and don't have a lot of opportunities to get that context and step back it seems like what you're doing is helping people take that step back with you. Once you unlock that streak of courage in yourself to simply like pushback it becomes like something you use in all situations and pretty soon you cannot operate in any other way but I think you hit on the right concept there in the minutago when you said executives are in their own fog of war and this is critical because their fog of war the fists of the standard operating models they're forced to operate in 90 percent of the time
