In the real estate space, like you have different degrees of your network. You absolutely have an advantage if you have connections to all of these other networks. Some people say they don't wanna start with family and friends because there are systems and methods to reaching out to complete strangers. So that's the most exciting part about private money. You can really raise it from anyone and everyone. I have crazy stories about people that I've raised money from that I just had never anticipated. so you just have to open your mind to it and you have to be really confident when you approach them.
