The week end affords alexander the opportunity to get into flow state. Flow state is this concept of being truly dialed in, and relates to any activity. To achieve flow state, i need at least one and a half hours of uninterrupted time. And while social media never sleeps, i do feel as though social media platforms are a little bit tamer on the week end because people try to distance themselves from technology.
