I get so frustrated when I see bad design in the world, especially from enterprising companies. There's just no excuse anymore to have a company like Apple or Spotify not correct the bad experiences that they're putting into the world. It blows my mind. And that's why, you know, I feel like that's kind of the user defender's mission. That's what Tron said. You know, we really should be fighting for our users and everything we do as much as we are within our power to do so. Absolutely.

Jason Ogle shows us how we can all be design superheroes with the right mindset. He reveals how grit trumps talent, every day.
