Why hasn't anybody published anything in terms of novel 5-HD2A scaffolds? I think it's just that people have been focused on other therapeutic targets. Otzuka has got a partnership now with a startup in this space, a $5 million partnership to co-develop some drugs. It's only a matter of time before traditional big pharma-cydical players get interested in this area again.
