Shopify Pulls Out of the Real Estate Investment Trusts
Shopify is paying the rent for the contract that they signed. They've just pulled out in terms of moving their people in there, but they have not pulled out financially. My average dividend yield here is 6.5%. So pays a juicy yield, but I think it's a solid business. Maybe I'll be proven wrong, but this is a long term play for me.
