The story of the tomb being cursed spread like fire after its discovery. It was used as an advert to glorify british imperial daring do. Carter didn't help matters, because he rather propagated the idea that there had been er some bad luck associated with the find. But i think tuden kaman would still be absolutely delighted that we're speaking his name 13 hundred years after his death.
