The cryoelectron microscopy field has sort of transformed structural biology. I'm also in my heart very much a biologist and I'm interested in what really these channels are doing in cells. So it's very interesting to ask how they're working in cells. Structure at the level between molecular structure and whole cellular structure is very important.
