Seeking help is is the most fundamental way of learning. When when we think of seeking help, we mostly think people. But if we broaden the definition, it becomes obvious that we can seek help from anything. If you do not have a very picture of how you need help, what is it that you need help on, and how the person that you are seeking help from can actually help you, you will always struggle with getting help.
