WPP's Apprenticeship Programme Counters Challenges

What you will notice at WPP is walking in and seeing modern Britain reflected in most of our organisations. We still have work to do when it comes to ensuring there's more than a small percentage of leaders who come from a Black Asian or minority ethnic background. But what you will see absolutely at the grassroots and middle management level is a reflection of modern Britain. So give me an example of something that has worked at WPP.
