Twitter Circles: A New Way to Reach Both Audiences

Twitter is testing a new feature called Twitter circles. Circles allow you to add up to 150 people and send out a tweet, just a specific group of people rather than everybody as a public tweet. It's very much like the communities feature because once you join a Twitter community it changes from a tweet that goes to everyone to one that can be sent to both audiences.
