The unelected paid staffers of the DSA are the ones with the most power calling the shots. And it would take a majority vote of the NPC to remove her. So you can't even trust the NPC to do what it's supposed to do. If you really want to change the DSA, you have to elect a majority on the NPC who are willing to fire them.
