Is There a Study Using Spatial Transcriptomics in the Liver?
I think the chronic is a tougher nut to crack, right? This idea of chronic liver failure through constant alcohol exposure can really limit some of the amazing regenerative capacity of the liver. But at least in acute situations like a-pap intoxication, acetaminophen intoxication, these residual liver cells,. hepatocytes can do a great job in restoring the overall function of the healthy liver. So I like the model that they use here. My only question here about the study as a whole is that as soon as I saw zonation in the title, I expect to see a lot of spatial transcriptomics, especially that they're going single cell.
