Many of our customers were not making changes to their product after they initially purchased,. even if it was in their best interest to make changes. So what we kind of hypothesise was, now theyr not making these changes because they don't know they can make these changes. They don’t know they can add on additional coverage or additional benefits to their product that they probably do need In many of these cases. It gives us a different perspective, just to kind of move ourselves out of our typical role and think out things little bit differently.
