The Importance of Game Storming

I love when I talk to people who have learned some of the lean startup things. The work that those folks have done is such a benefit to everybody. So being able to facilitate that allows us to save time in the process for one. And two, we've got everybody who they don't feel like there's any grand reveal. If I have a design review meeting with people, there's no, what the hell is this? This isn't at all what we were expecting. It's all more, we've been part of the process. That's what being a good facilitator and leading good and smart workshops can help you get to.
