Isaiah Chapter 23 - I Got an Assignment From My Brother?
"If you won't to understand isaiah, read the book of mormon," he says. "Jacob's commentary is clear and helpful in understanding where to go with this." The first two chapters are based on a translation from the Book of Mormon by hopkin shnei; they were harmonized using an ancient translators' work. He then goes through some other passages that have been translated into modern day English.
