The Teleology of the Technosphere
The technosphere is a sort of, imagine it as as a robot or an artificial intelligence network. It doesn't have any human sensibility. And so what it can do isi control various processes that are within its control. That's one of the functions that it is generally absorbing into itself - because it's much better than human analysts. But all of them are based on this idea of complete control, based on incomplete information. Because nobody ever has access to complete information. The techmosphere aims unto itself.
