The Relationship Between Adrian Nui and Red Bull

When Red Bull bought what was the Jaguar team, there were approximately 350 people here. I've very much left that side of the business to him in terms of designing and building the cars. There's no point employing a specialist and then telling them how to do their job. What's important for me is set the goals, set the targets, make sure that everybody is rowing in time and pulling in the right direction.
