Will It Be Possible for Mister Kishta to Amend the Consideration of Japan

Right now, the people of japan are concerned with prices and wages. With such fundamental concerns, constitutional revision is kind of a luxuriatum. So i think it would be good japan if this constitution is amendediif they are allowed to have their own military and their own independent foreign policy.
