Kavanaugh's Concerns About the Legitimacy of the Court

The combination of a Democratic majority state Supreme Court in New York throwing out a Democratic gerrymander and a Republican majority state Supreme court in Florida probably tip the majority in the house. I don't think this changes the fundamental trajectory of the court. It's likely we're going to see something on affirmative action. The thing about the court that I've written a couple times is that we are in a situation that is a lot like the 1850s or the 1930s, where essentially you have a majority of theCourt.
