And you should be asking your GPS for is a sensitivity analysis to say, okay, what if rent growth doesn't stay at 10% Mr. syndicator? You're deal. What if it doesn't show me a sensitivity analysis that shows that it's going to drop down and please for Airbnb is a place for multifamily to just start running the new numbers in the worst case scenario. So I'd sleep a lot better at night knowing that my Airbnb could get rented to a long-term tenant unless things got more solid again.
