The purpose of dreaming is really for our brain to sort of make sense of everything we went through during the day. If you don't get adequate sleep, you're going to bog up that PFC so it's not functioning properly. mindfulness resonates because I've said it before on the show. So I do a lot of meditation when I'm on the train going to work. And it actually does calm you down as well.
