A former redwings owner owned the place, an unlike her. I loved it. Hadus amazing history. And i put in a l oi and four days later had a purchase agreement with down payment and everything ready to go. We got it signed within four days of seeing it. So was this another deal you found on creig's list? It absolutely was. But that ended up falling through at the last second. And i'd moved on inside. You know, i'm going to do this by myself.
