Can a US Counter China's Economic Influence in the Pacific?

And i was wondering if a witino figi joining, and this game a same around the same time when vangi is also visiting gan pacific countries. So i was wondered if a us, through this framework, can actually counter china's economic influence in that region. I don't think we have seen anybody really make a trade of its sovereignty. These are countries with smart leaders who know what they are doing.
