When it comes to recruiting, i don't recommend you become a carnival barker. Hiring and recruiting is a constant need, not something you can check off the tudo list. The more your business scales, the more tempting it will be to delegate this task to others. Resist taturge and never stop personally scouting for your next 11 star employees. It's a mine set everyone from the c o to the assistant office manager should carry with them.
