Tai Chi for the Mind

Every 40 seconds your body is communicating with the cells of your body telling you what's going on in your environment. The words that are connected to the image of, let's say, a memory are actually what feed the emotional cascade that affects gene expression. You cannot fight force against force. So if I told you don't think of a pink elephant, you're already doing it. And how much of that? Can I develop enough mastery over myself or through habits and rituals? That's a lot of questions. But the main first thing is, I call it Tai Chi for the mind.
