The Ghosts of the Martha Washington Inn

William Drew Winter is the only verified murder in the house. The story about him and what got changed was it was said Winter was lured out and shot that he staggered back into the house, passed through the gentleman's parlor then the ladies parlor onto the staircase to his love's arms. However, Winter was indeed murdered, but he fell immediately on the porch where he died. There's also a large mirror in the home which is said to hold the spirits of those who have died there. Photographs of the mirror have developed with what looks to be handprints and sometimes many people inside of the glass.
