How to Deal With Executive Dysfunction in a New Manager

Katrina is having a conversation with her supervisor. What kind of script would you give to Katrina for having this conversation? Because I feel like there's a way that this would come out as kind of condescending if done the wrong way. It does sound like they're close and they work well together, but it is a different aspect when it is for direct manager. But you have to be a little bit more like soft in the way you bring it up.
