Heidi Haudola's Employment Agreement
Heidi Haudola signed an employment agreement with a non-solicitation clause and a non-compete clause. Kylie was suing Heidi for breach of contract. The judge looked to state precedent, and in a similar case, the Minnesota Court of Appeals had found that stylists are in a position to develop a close relationship with the salon's customers.
