Movie Review - Mitch Busce

Mitch is supposed to be the cracker Jack lawyer of Harvard. He gets offered a job by Bendini, Bant Lambert and Locke which he's blown away by. After meeting sunny caps in the Caymans it's only after that that he realizes his mistake. Why wasn't the firm just following Mitch everywhere for like the last from basically the 40 minute mark of this movie on? It doesn't really make any sense.
