The Fourth Phase of Indian Foreign Policy
In the book, you identify three broad historical periods for the evolution of indian foreign policy. And yet, it appears to me that this fourth phase of this new transition phase, is somewhat different in terms of continuity than the previous three phases. So it seems to me that we have a problem, or to day, of a world between orders. You look at the four biggest importers, rolateion, india, china, japan, south karea. How long will the us? Provide that security? We need to adjust our tactics to the new situation.
