How to Mask Yourself

If you can surround yourself by people that you don't need to mask in front of, then that's ace to excellent Alex. If you're not unmasking behaviors that you feel hurt people, then and you have social capital unmask learning healthy ways to change things you don't like. There are healthy ways to do that better than biting herself or self-justizing. And the last thing I'll say is and I've typed this as valid for some reason is it remember you are valid.
