Is There a Penalty to Unified Memory Architecture?
All the ram so far in the unified memory architecture is on the system, on cip and its shared. And each of the systems on a chip has 64 or 32 gigobites of ram max. But they talk to each other in a way and do it fast enough that the system can see it as one big pool of up to a hundred, 20 kigabites of ram. My guess would be something where you can have extra ram slots.
