We've gone into different tracks of work but I'd be curious, how do you see the difference between creating internal tools versus creating external consumer facing products? One of the big things is like connections with your actual users, right? Connections with your actual customers. And there's a lot of power to that too. So if I can build tools to help that group, that's fantastic for me.
