How Meditation Helps You Clear Your Mind

Vipashna is a different zone that you have to be there to understand meditation. Even if we stop speaking or talking or thinking, still the mind is working with hundreds and thousands of thoughts which are beyond your control. So I make it a point to meditate at least, if not more at least 30 to 40 minutes every day before I start my day. That actually things, puts things and my schedule into perspective.
