Using Money in Senegal - I Don't Know if I Should.
In preparation for writing his book, I had an opportunity to talk with a teacher from Senegal. He told me that almost all of the young up and coming politicians in Senegal are completely aware of this sort of neo-imperialistic CFA,. Frank harming African countries. And he said today, almost everybody knows. So knowing that that's the solution to the problem that exists is why I'm bullish.
