Socrates is considered to be the founding father of Western philosophy. His Socratic method is still widely used, and he is known for being one of the first people in recorded history to use an inductive argument. He was sentenced to death in ancient Athens for corrupting the youth of the city with his ideas. Our knowledge of Socrates comes only from mentions of him in other Greeks' writings. Then I will try to use some of Socrates' ideas to give everyone listening some tips and advice for your English learning journey.
