Sadna: What I really liked and what stuck out to me was in those first six steps that you're providing of building and executing a successful SWP. They seem to build a model that can be adaptable for business needs as they change over time. It's an iterative ongoing continuous process where you would almost go back and revisit those six steps on a regular basis, she says. Sadna: We have a number of example KPIs that can be used to monitor and measure performance. The last step which we call implement is about building those actions and looking at that action plan.
