Hay says the best lead is working with both wishin it last year, and i thoght it last en. There are authentic people who are happy to talk roundid about how they're not great at this or that. They don't claim to be a super hero. But they know where they have credibility in a certain topic,. And that's self awareness i find very appealing when i'm working with leaders.
