Peter's Letter to the Gentile Christians

Peter was martyred probably in the late 60s AD. He's a gigantic deal, but part of the reason that he's so beloved is because he's so human. Peter can very much empathize with what it's like to be a Christian in that context. In using a bunch of these images, he's saying that you guys are the real deal.
