The Killing of a Young Woman in the Garage
Kelsey Smith was abducted, strangled with a belt and left in the woods. Detectives identified an older model, shevy pickup truck pull into the target parking lot right after kelsey annd smith pulled in. Then they see the perpetrator get out of his truck and walk into the target just behind kelsey. This man is described as a white mail mid twenties, wearing a white tea shirt in dark, possibly black shorts.
