The Importance of Inertia in Markets

Inertia creates price trends. And you say, well, what would cause that price trend to change? Well, it has to be some event or some change point that's going to occur. How do we sort of look at the likelihood of that? Now, one area that especially let's talk about crisis a little bit is that I've always reminded of some of the work by Sherman Kent who used to use a Yale historian. He also was the, he worked for the CIA for a number of years and he tried to make analysts better at what they do.
