Re Carb Load

At least a week between races, you would want them to re fully re carb load ahead of their second race. Not testing the water like with anything that might get your stomach sick or don't want to eat meat muscles. Sports drink is also a great easy carb load option and plus electrolytes. We love electrolytes around here too.
