There were no changes in potassium and it takes 72 hours or so to really get your spironicctone to kick in very much. No one knows whether this is going to be additive because SGLT2 inhibitors, much of their naitrieresis is caused by inhibiting NHG3 and not SGLT 2. We don't know.
